Our Bakers Program in Artisanal Bread and Crafted Doughs in affiliation with City & Guilds, London, is a highly specialised 4 weeks (200-hours) course. This program seamlessly blends practical hands-on experience with a solid theoretical foundation, carefully designed to help students master the world of artisanal breads. This comprehensive course holds the prestigious Lavonne Academy’s Assured Status certification, ensuring that students receive industry-recognized validation from City & Guilds (London).
Theory lessons at Lavonne are intensive and form an integral part of this programme. Students take a formal examination after every module, as well as complete internal assessment projects regularly.
At Lavonne, learning is but a means to a significant end. Regular assessments take place in the form of projects, record book journaling, and assignments, scrutinised and graded by our in-house chef-instructors.
Bread is an essential part of so many cultures world-wide. Our course aims to expand students knowledge not just to popular French and Italian techniques, but also to many lesser known bread-making countries and cultures.
Being India’s first exclusive international baking academy, Lavonne is affiliated to the City & Guilds, London. All graduating students of the program receive two certificates, one from Lavonne and the other from City & Guilds, London that is recognised across the world.
